Affiliate Policy

Thank you for considering our Affiliate Program at The Freedom Formula LLC ("the Company"). By participating in our Affiliate Program, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined below.

Commission Structure

As an affiliate, you are entitled to a recurring commission of 45% of the monthly subscription fees paid by users who use your affiliate link to sign up for our software platform.

Eligibility

To qualify for affiliate commissions, you must maintain an active subscription with The Freedom Formula LLC. Commissions are only applicable to subscription fees paid by referred users while their accounts are active.

Payment Terms

Commissions are paid monthly, on a recurring basis, for as long as referred users maintain their active subscriptions. Payments are made via PayPal, with a minimum payout threshold of $50 USD.

Termination of Affiliate Commissions

By becoming an affiliate of the Freedom Formula, you agree to abide by the following additional terms:

Your status as an affiliate will be automatically terminated when you cancel your subscription to the Freedom Formula. You will no longer be eligible to receive affiliate payments upon termination of your subscription.

You are not permitted to receive affiliate commissions for self-referrals. Any attempts to earn commissions by referring yourself will result in the forfeiture of those commissions.

The Company reserves the right to terminate an affiliate's participation in the program if they violate any terms of service or engage in fraudulent activities.

Modification of Terms

The Company reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of the Affiliate Program at any time.

Agreement Acceptance

By participating in the Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
